B. multiple copies of a sample lesson plan that you wrote
C. multiple copies of your resume
D. wearing anything less than a business suit is inappropriate

Your resume; any past creative projects you may have assigned in your classroom or student teaching days; letters of recommendation; photos of bulletin boards you designed. If you are an art teacher, bring a portfolio.

That depends on whether you are interviewing the teacher or whether you are being interviewed to become a teacher....I would just suggest that you know definitely which one it is.
