Yes why does it seem like everyone sellin phones on ebay say that there selling it beacsue they just bougt a different phone or got there contract changed.All of them seem to say some thing like that.And can i trust ebay? I never used it before .

cell phones on ebay are full of fraud!
be very careful. i would never buy one on ebay.
if you buy one, please, only pay through PAYPAL with a CREDIT CARD!
you then have the option of filing for a CHARGEBACK should anything go wrong.
it gives you the most protection on ebay.
some debit cards will protect you, but you need to talk to the issuing bank and ask them what they are willing to do for you if you get scammed.

phones on ebay are hardly ever fraud. all you have to look out for are pictures taken themselves not taken from another website and look at the sellers feedback and other items. Ebay is a very reliable source of goods which i use on a regular basis and have never had a slip up.

It really depends on the type of phone you want and whether you want a locked one or unlocked.
Most of the unlocked phones are used and are in fact from people who simply purchased a new phone and want to cell the older one.
If you want the phone new, read very carefully

of course you can trust ebay... you cant believe everthing that you see on the news... my dad uses ebay all the time and he has never got ripped off. go ahead... buy what you want... if your still skeptical about the people selling the stuff just look at their rating... if its good then you know its a reliable source to buy from.

Yes you can trust ebay! I have sold and bought.
When you register they get all your info so there is really no way for you or the person selling to cheat anyone!!!!

You have to be smart about it. I have used ebay for well over 8 years and have both good and bad experiences...mostly good.
Remember, when buying to look at who you are buying from. Reivew their rating and feedbacks. And use paypal as they protect you.
