OK I want to change some options for my Ipod in Itunes. I want to change the preferences. When I go to Edit, then Preferences, then change what I want to and exit out of it, it doesn't change what I told it to. Any way of helping me here?

try restarting your ipod then try it agen if all fails u can juss go to your nears apple sort and they shoud be able to fix it for u

heres the deal..... lets say u want to change if ur ipod auto updates......after u have changed it DO NOT click the X at the top right of the window...click OK on the BOTTOM RIGHT

try to do it again but make sure you press ok, not cancel. if it doesnt work restart your ipod. or else go to an apple store!

i think you have to sync your ipod again or click accept if there is an accept button
