yes you are 100 percent right. miles is not only spencer's friend because of the operation he performed on him that fixed his face, but mitch's older brother. His father sent him away when he was a baby because of his deformed face, and he never met his brothers. Now miles is back and wants to be a part of jess and her kids lives. it sucks that his friend and brother were both terrible people and now jess won't trust him yet because of the whole mitch thing

Yeah Miles said today that he was Mitch's brother... I've also been reading for months that they have been trying to figure out a way to bring Mitch back, there was an interview with the actor who played him saying he would love to come back to OLTL. It will be very interesting to see how this plays out... esp to see if he'll want revenge on who "killed" him
