Love for yourself is a good thing. But, if you are IN love with yourself, you are probably thinking about yourself too much. You are likely neglecting others, and selfishness will always lead a person to a life of ruin. Think of the selfish people of history, and it will show you that the way to be happy is forget yourself and serve others.
