I go out of my way to wear shirts that my hoo hoo's aren't sticking out of, but this morning this guy still looked down my shirt. It annoys me, if i wanted him to look, they'd be out.
I know some women dont mind it! But do you take it as a compliment, or does it annoy you??

It just depends on the mood I am in at the time. Sometimes it makes me feel sexy and I take it as a compliment. Other times it makes me mad.
Also, alot of it depends on how the man acts. Is he being flirty, or just acting like a pig?

Men find women attractive, including their physical attributes, obviously. We, like all people, see with our eyes. When we interact with other people, we look at them. When we look at other people we necessarily notice their physical attributres. When you see physical attributes that are attractive or somehow outstanding, then you can't help but look.
So, we see a woman with a nice chest, and we look. It can't be helped.
Of course it's a compliment. Think how you'd feel if all of a sudden nobody looked anymore.......

no, aslong as he does not touch aleast without asking or something. Makes me feel sexy like i still got it. Of course I never thought a man would like to look at my big casovamellons ha ha.

it is flattering, but can be annoying (usually depending if the guy is cute or not), sorry if thats shallow
