Nothing. He can't talk yet. He's only 2 months old. It's still a clean slate, but I'm kinda favoring GrandMom or something.
I was so lucky, I got to be in the delivery room with my son when my daughter-in-law was having a C-section. I've got pictures of them cutting the cord, all the clean-up, and everything all the way through the hospital stay. It was GREAT!

when my grandson was born i bawled my eyes out at the thought of my first born having his first born, i saw him grow up right before my very eyes there and then, he was no longer a child, but i grown man who'd just inherited fatherhood...it was quite surreal...my grandson will be 3 in May and is learning how to talk so the conversations we have crack me up....he calls me nan, i love hearing him say it and when i look at him, i think....wow what an amazing little boy, my son has given me the best gift ever, plus we have his little brother with us in May...so this is gonna be double the happiness....that's the best gift i ever had in my whole entire life, he is so loved by everyone and is the sweetest little boy ever....i am sure his little brother will be just the same

My wee grandson is one year old on Wednesday, he's just started calling me gan gan.
He is the best thing thats happened to all of us,He is also the first baby in the family since his mum was born 21 years ago,so he's special to every one.
I have him 1 night a week and its sheer bliss, he sleeps all night and is just absolutely perfect.
And yes I do spoil him but his mum and dad let me within reason.

Grandma
my kids say I let the grand kids do things they got yelled at for.
also that I gave them anything they want
my answer is I am allowed to spoil my grand kids and am now able to buy them things
when my kids were growing we had less money and I had to be strict with them so they know how to raise me some great grand kids

I doubt there'll be many grandparents on Yahoo! Answers... I mean, mine finds it difficult to find the 'on' button!
But I always call mine "Grandma".
Some Jewish people may also call their Grandmother "Bubba", which originates from the Yiddish language.
