I have a few threating phone calls coming in, from I have No Idea who the hell these people, places, or companies are!???, And I am Not going to call them back just because they leave threating messages on my v'mail and then some and they will contact me legally, with or without my corporation ... whatever!....

If I were to do a Bankruptcy, DO NOT TELL ME NOT TO DO ONE AND HOW BAD YOU THINK IT IS, THAT DOES NOT HELP MY SITUATION AT THE MOMENT PLEASE!....
How can I find out what ALL of my Debts are that I owe to people, that Count, when you do a bankruptcy!? ... I wouldn't want it (the bankruptcy to fall though, after it goes through, just b/c I didn't know about one or more of them!) ..

Please help me out here with any information that would help me, Very Appreciated!!!

First of all, you should keep copies of the letters and statements receive and give them to your attorney. Second, you should should go to www.annualcreditreport.com and get a free copy of your credit report. That will list the names and addresses of your creditors or any collection agency that has filed a negative report against you. Your attorney should be able to handle the rest.

You need help and the best person to get it from is a bankruptcy lawyer. If you have a lawyer acting for you (s)he will deal with the creditors. And will also advise you whether or not you should file bankruptcy and how you should go about it.

An initial consultation with a specialised lawyer is usually free. There's a website here which explains what an attorney can do for you, and where to find one in your area. I hope this helps.

Good luck!

You should be receiving letters from creditors; make a list of the creditor and the amount they say you owe.

Contact the credit reporting companies and request your credit report. Put the name of all creditors from your credit report on the list you are making of creditors. You will have to keep the credit report as evidence that a creditors claim is not valid. It is best to get a report from more than one credit reporting company.

After this information is compiled, contact a credit councilor. Most times it is the fact that people don't do what I just told you to do that causes them to have to consider bankruptcy.

I have personally found that most financial conditions can be worked out in 5 years or less.

When you contact a lawyer, he will ask you whether or not you know all of your creditors and such. He will ask you if you need him to run a credit report to get an accurate lilst. However, not ALL of your creditors may be listed , but most will be. The only debts that cannot be discharged are IRS debts, andstudent loans. If you are up to date on your mortgage/rent payments, you will be able to claim a chapter 7. With chapter 7 youwill not have to pay anything to your creditors. The alternative, chapter 13, will be necessary if you are not up to date, and it allows you to catch up on your mortgage payments. If you have a car or any other valuable assets, most likely they will be protected and you will not lose them. If you have any more questions contact me by email, i am going through a bankrupty right now myself.

Not a lawyer, but play one on TV. You should get a free listing from Equifax or any other reporting agencies. Freecreditreport.com. Dont forget once you get absolved you will owe taxes on that money and now (thanks to the government) pay it back.
