i have the program files left and i have the product key# but no software disc. the software came with the pc please help

You can try this link:
http://www.ccandp.net/downloads/Norton%2006%20Trial/NAV061200.exe
This will download the base installer (85kb or so), which you will run to download the rest of the files off the Norton's site.
You can skip that and download the latest trial version, 2007:
http://www.symantecstore.com/dr/sat2/ec_Main.Entry17C?SID=49997&SP=10023&CID=0&PID=843287&PN=62&V1=843287
Just enter your Country, and email and it will send instructions on how to download it.

unfortunately, you will need the program disc. it's great that you have the product number, but without the disc you're out of luck

Don't bother with Norton or any other Anti Virus program you HAVE to PAY for.
I have used AVAST Anti Virus program for years and not one virus, etc has gotten past it and it's FREE!
I highly recommend it!

call the phone # on ur pc or where u got it from maybe they can send u another disk or at least help u.maybe that will help u Good Luck
