I don't hate ignorant people but I do feel sorry for them. Either they don't know how to use the brains God gave them or they've been taught the wrong lessons in life.

No, I just feel sorry for them because they don't even try to understand others. It is a waste of time to worry about ignorant people who won't change their mind.

No, everyone is wise in their own eyes, so you probably seem ignorant to other people too. Not tolerating gay people isn't ignorance, it's a moral decision.

If you mean it it's actual meaning "uneducated or unknowing", then no.
