I love acupuncture!

It's a great way to relax, and to get yourself re-centered.

I don't mind the pins and I hardly notice when they're being put in and after they're in you just kinda lie there relaxing; I usually fall asleep.

25 minutes of acupuncture sleep feels like an hours long nap.

It is great, I was in an automobile accident, I had back pain, I felt better after the lst treatment. Love the treatments, they are so relaxing, my doctor does the acupuncture, followed by cupping and then a massage...I usually fall asleep...then wake up feeling absolutely wonderful!!! And pain free!!

I've never done it but it seems like one of those 'foreign' treatments that has gained acceptance in Western medicine. Iridology might be the next one. Even if it doesn't help you, it will still be an interesting experience!

Yes, I have. For cluster headaches. Only thing that worked (after trying all sorts of odd drugs, including a prescribed LSD-family drug). I'll swear by it! (As long as the practitioner is legit. Mine was done by an MD)

I had it done for a few years. It did help my problem - but you need to find a reputable and competent acupuncturist. Some of them don't have enough training to be able to be effective.

I did it. I had whiplash after an accident and I got accupuncture and it really helped.

I don't know if I believe it works or not. I've never tried it nor do I think I ever will.
