Fork. I was once TRYING to use chopsticks at this Chinese food place and a waiter brought me over a fork :P I was quite embarrassed! Oh well. I will still try, but I just can't get the hang of them.

I like using the Chopsticks because they made them easier to hold and eat with, not like the tradition chopsticks. But if I' am in a hurry a fork will do.

I like in California and it seems that a lot of Whites here known how to use chopsticks. But I do have a friend who doesn't. BTW I don't think the people work in Chinese restaurant mind if you use a fork.

Chopsticks. It's not that tough once you get the hang of it. Also, it encourages me to eat more slowly. I'm pretty good with chopsticks, but a fork is still faster.

well if your in a hurry you should probably use a fork, but for the full chinese food experience, you should use chopsticks. when you get the hang of them its accually kinda fun

my cousin uses forks, but i try to use chopsticks if we get them. I try to like spear my food with 1 chopsticks.
