Has to be the "group hug" incident at Madison Sq, Gdns. in 1996.That's the one where HHH & HBK were faces & they each fought in singles matches.HHH against Scott Hall & HBK v Kevin Nash.
Hall & Nash were leaving for WCW after that event.When the HBK match was over all 4 got in the ring & had the infamous "group hug".Vince was hopping mad as it showed the ppl that these 4 were in fact friends & not rivals at all.The kayefabe was that they were bitter enemies.HHH was the only one punished - he was dropped as the #1 contender for the world title.He had to work his way back via the IC belt 5 months later.

I don't really have a favourite but you can judge the best form of kayfabe when you see the event unfold. I mean, one time eugene whos character as you know is 'special' and yet on one show he was seen in the backstage chatting on his mobile as himself, nick dinsmore. The best kayfabe is judged by how much the wrestlers get fined or how long they get suspended for. Chris Masters was suspended last year for drug charges i believe. This is kayfabe because the wwe crearive team have to come up with impromptu storylines to explain absences.

I like when Vince mixes Kayfabe with storyline, example, Joey Styles leaving Raw Commentary and the Matt/Edge feud. I'm almost positive that Joey meant everything he said, and when Matt said he wished Edge would die in a car crash, I'm pretty sure he meant that too hahaha

i like it when wrestlers shoot during a match. A few are when hardcore holly sandbaged lesnar during a powerbomb, so lesnar just dropped him on his head. or when a jobber messed up with Saturn during a match on heat and saturn kicked the hell out of him and chucked him head first out the ring.
