I've seen similiar questions like this, but people usually state their answer without giving good reason. Don't answer without your reasoning as to why whoever would win!

Okay, Superman has the power of earth's yellow sun giving him powers, HOWEVER, when he's not on earth or near a yellow sun, his powers diminish.

He-Man has all of the great power of Castle Grayskull granted to him. Since the power is a magnified reflection of Castle Grayskulls true power by amplifying it into the great abyss around the castle, it's assumed that the further away He-Man is from Grayskull, the weaker he would be.

Knowing that, I believe if the fight occured on Eternia, Superman would lose. He-Man's got the home advantage. If the fight occurred on earth, Superman would win hands down.

So the question is: if Superman fought He-Man on a different planet than earth or Eternia, and the fight was time they got there so there's no real loss of power on either side, who would win and why?

After their respective powers faded away during the battle, they would be left with what fighting skills they had.

Prince Adam was supposedly trained by Man at Arms, but honestly I never saw him display much martial prowess on the cartoon series, which I consider the canon of this character.

Over in the Superman comics, however, the Boyscout of Steel has been de-powered enough times that he did something that actually impressed me: he had Bruce Wayne - El Batman - teach him how to fight.

A little Batman goes a long way. His techniques involve taking down an opponent quick and for the duration. So...

Superman, by way of Bruce Wayne.

The Avengers fought the Justice League by using a pretend impact, not by using evil-vs-sturdy combat. And, approximately which Hercules are you speaking? There are tens of Hercules in comics, cartoons, and books. Assuming you're speaking approximately DC or ask your self's Hercules, needless to say the two Superman or Hulk can take down the two Hercules and He-guy.

Simple, for all his power, He-Man can't fly. All Superman has to do is grab him and fly him into space. simple right, WRONG!!!

Now if you give He-Man the knowledge that he will face Superman before the fight, He-Man merely draws his sword and spins. Since Superman is vulnerable to Magic, when Supes grabs him to do the above mentioned attack, He-Man just says "by the power of Greyskull" and lets the energy blast Supes unconscious. then bye bye Supes.
