Hitler was badly beaten by his father as a youth, but then so were millions of other German boys. Why he hated so many kinds of people may never be known (he hated Russians, Poles, Serbs, Bolsheviks and Communists, gay people, deformed people, mentally ill people, Gypsies and on and on).
Hitler was thoroughly abnormal. He had disciples, whom he would reward for faithful service, but he never had any friends. He also had a very abnormal sex life - Eva Braun may well have been a prop to deflect speculation that he was gay. He may have had a sexual relationship with his niece (who killed herself), but the details are gone. He probably couldn't perform.
He was insanely narcissistic (I am the chosen one to be the Leader of the German people; I have been chosen by Destiny to lead Germany to greatness; I make all the rules and laws, etc.)
In general, racism was very popular in Europe during this period. Many Europeans hated Jews for no other reason other than that it was traditional, and convenient. They were the perfect scapegoat for Germany's defeat in WW I, a fact the Army high command found very convenient.

Simple. All of this happened during the Great Depression. First of all he wanted to build a perfect empire therefore he removed homosexuals, disabled, jehovah witness etc. He also saw Jews as rich while the rest of the world was suffuring. In away this was very important to human history. Without this Israel would not have been created, there would have been a lot less science experiments(he used jews as test dummies) and he took the world out of the Great Depression. Believe it or not, war is good
Note* He did not have Jewish family members this is a myth

Hitler hated Jews for a few reasons. For one, he truly believed that the Jews were responsible for killing the innocent Christ. This gross misunderstanding of God's will is part of his problem. The other issue is that Jews were very wealthy and successful in Germany and Austria. Oftentimes Jewish men controlled significant financial resources and Hitler wanted them out of the picture. Fundamentally he found Jews to be filthy, dirty, and less than Germans.
Eww... gives me shivers just thinking about him and the Nazis...

The Y chromosome in question found in his father's relatives is found in non-Jewish populations, although it is common in the Middle East and Africa. There is an unconfirmed rumor Hitler's father was the illegitimate son of a Jewish man

The Jews were just scapegoats. He blamed the Jews for the problems of the Germans during WWI. Freud would probably say that it was because his mother was Jewish.

He needed a scapegoat for the failures of the Nazis, and he took advantage of the long standing unpopularity of the Jews in Europe to blame the shortcomings on them.

The same reason he hated gypsies, homosexuals, etc...he simply thought the Jews were an inferior race, and what's more, responsible for the economical woes for Germany at the time.

because he an all the German people of that time were disenfranchised after WWI. As a result they saw the success of the Jewish people in the area and promptly blamed them for there pitfalls. They were in essence a scape goat.
