No its the other way round. Female teachers are usually referred to a Miss (even if they are married) unless youre using their name as well in which case youd say Miss/Mrs whoever, depending on what they were. But that just the kids. Parents and other teachers call them whatever their title is

Pupils call their teachers Miss as a way of addressing them but often write their name down as Mrs.
So in class Miss Jones, Mrs Green and Ms Smith are all answered with yes Miss, no Miss (the equivalent of Sir) and have Mrs Jones, Mrs Green and Mrs Smith written on the pupils exercise books.

No, school teachers didctate what they want the class to call them.
If Miss Jones wanted to be a Miss, she will tell the class that. My kids go to a primary school where there are Mr, Mrs Miss and one teacher likes to be called Jenny!

Kids often call their teachers Mrs, although they call them Miss if not using the name. Confusing isn't it! So a Miss could be a Mrs and a Mrs a Miss! Much easier to use Ms!

As a teacher in the UK who is a Miss but has three children, and likes to be known as Miss and explain to the children who accept my name as Miss... I find it highly offensive to be called Mrs when i'm not married, don't want to be married and have absolutley no chance of it anyway!

You'd have to ask her...
When I was at school, however, The Mrs's were all married, the Miss's were all single and the only Ms we had was known to live with another young lady. As to the nature of their relationship, we didn't enquire....

If you know that a female teacher is married then use Mrs. At all other times use Miss.
NEVER EVER use Ms, as it is HIGHLY OFFENSIVE and RUDE.

the only thank you to maintain a improper historic experience seen fact is to coach it to human beings on a similar time as they're youthful and gullible. i will purely remember of two historic "information" that count number on no one being allowed to ask questions approximately them for them to proceed to be information. The holocaust and Sep 11.
