Cheney= Evil
Bush = Intellectually inferior
Bush has been led down the wrong path by this new-con movement headed by Cheney, Rumsfeld and others (aka Ford Foundation).
I believe that Bush truly felt he was doing the right thing I just think he isn't smart enough to know when to pull back and tell his advisers, "No".

You are right- Bush is like this bad guy- and Cheney, his sidekick, born to do evil in the world from another dimension, that is evil of course.
