If they're sneakers, wear an extra pair of socks or two, or tie them up as tight as you can.
If they're dress shoes, add ankle pads (Dr. Scholl's, you can get them at target) or add a thick insole (Dr. Sholl's, as well) to "beef up" the shoe.

The only way your feet get bigger is that they grow.
You can't make shoes smaller, get a smaller size

LOL you can't make your feet bigger unless your feet grow. You can put an insole in your shoe to make them smaller.

follow JC, but you can also just walk around a lot. after a while, your feet expand.
