Why is it that girls that have more meat on their bones tend to get more attention than thin girls?

This is just from personal experience and observation.
Just wondering.

Are some of you stupid? A girl with a BIT more meat on her bones does not mean fat or overweight. Think of the young Elizabeth Taylor of Marilyn Monroe.

It's our primal instinct. We associate girls with a little (not too much) meat on their bones as healthy. Girls that are too skinny seem to be sick or not eating enough...who wants to breed with that?

It's probably an evolutionary thing, people tend to be attracted to things that were at one point something that was necessary to breed.

My theory is that women with more meat on there bones get more attention in the teenage years because stupid little teen boys think that the more the better but when your an adult women with a thin frame are more desirable to men. i have a thin but curvy figure and it doesn't appeal to many guys my age I'm 18 but I'm always getting compliments from adults.

Simple...some men like women that actually have a womanly figure, the whole hourglass look.

And I think thin girls get just as much attention, but from a different group of guys...

I think it's because most girls have lots of meat on their bones and ae jealous to give someone thinner the attention. I am thinner than all of my friends and they say things to me like how I must be doing something wrong. They never say I'm pretty even though adults do to me more than them; it's because of competition, they are jealous of the girls who have something they don't.
Plus, men have their own preferences. Oh and just because I'm thin doesn't mean I'm sicly or like a skeleton. My parent's think I'm the perfect weight.

Media is pumping up thick girls now, just like they did with thin women in the past. However you look, be proud of it.

Real adult version: men like more meat...especially behind so that when they have sex, there's more to fondle. and then some men still prefer thin. so no worries!

Wait! I can´t even think of one miss world or model or actress known as a sex bomb with a lot of meat on her bones. Well they technically have meat on them but not a scrap of fat.

I have seen the opposite. I have noticed that thinner girls get more attention, especially good attention. While girls who ate not so thin get bad attention, like teasing and belittled. It is survival of the fittest. The best of each species gets the best of everything, and the thrive, while the other, not so best do not thrive.

maybe because contrary to what girls or women seem to think, mean actually like a woman to look like a woman not a skeleton .
