Six beeps .... keyboard controller. It shouldn't black out your screen though.
Most times its a simple plug in the keyboard, or replace it. It can also mean a problem with the high memory areas of your motherboard.
Check the keyboard first, its easier to repair/replace.

Does it beep 3 times, pause, then beep 3 times again? Sounds to me like a RAM error since the screen goes blank. Different manufacturers have different beep codes. Try reseating the RAM and see if it will boot then. I say this because this is the exact problem I have had. Reseating the RAM fixed the problem for about 6 months, then I had it happen again. The same actions fixed it that time too and it never reoccurred.

Your PC is having a fatal error and is set for automatic restart.

When you first turn your PC on start tapping on f8 and pick safe mode. then go to control panel and click on system.,,,on this screen click the advanced tab....In the bottom field click settings...in the middle field uncheck automatic restart,...Now you will be able to find what your problem is.
