They are pretty much in the same place as the tooth fairy and Santa Claus.

Why do you think that a university should be giving away courses for free? Online courses cost rather a lot to design and present. Someone has to pay for them, and who else should it be but the students?'

there is no such thing, if their any good then you will almost always pay. If their free then they are not likely to be valuable. You can join up with the Open University in the UK and pay by installments.
