I think bewitched means that you are under the influence of a witch/wizard/etc. Possessed means they are in your body/using your body completely.
Bewitched is also an somewhat archaic term for having a crush on someone.
There is always the dictionary...

No. Possessed means you are possessed by an entity over which you have no control. These must be cast out or exorcised.
Bewitched means you have had a spell cast over you. This can be anything from infatuation for someone to hypnotism to an actual magic spell. There is, however, no possession.
