I am the proud host of at least 10 alter egos...there is always a party going on in here...never a dull moment...
Some are nice , some are mean , one is evil, but he gets beaten up a lot , so he stays hidden most of the time.

When the evil you is being evil are you hurting anyone. If so then perhaps you should not put yourself in those situations or with the people who bring out the evil you. The problem is if you enjoy or start to enjoy the evil you more than the good you, you may get yourself into trouble or end up hurting yourself or someone else badly. Try and think of doing something else constructive and positive that gives you the same feelings. Try and put yourself in the "good you" situations for a few weeks, and stay away from the other see how you get on. Just explain to the other people who see the evil you that you need some time out for a few weeks, and if they can't appreciate that then are they who you really need to be with. Let me know how you get on. Take care

According to modern psychotherapy everyone has many facets to their personality. You have probably heard people talk about the inner child, well there are others such as the inner parent which is a part of the personality which normally tries to take care of the individual but can also be quite destructive if it is too critical or demanding. I have quite a strong inner child and teenager to my personality which means I am quite fun loving but I can be sulky and tempramental and sometimes self destructive. We all have these different aspects to our personality, it just depends how balanced they are. If they are well balanced then you will most likely be quite a well balanced individual. It's only when these personality factors are out of balance that problems occur and normally it is trauma whilst in ones formative years which knocks them out of balance but with help one can learn to understand the different parts of ones personality and work on the more dominant ones.

As one of the last true remaining Cads of the 20th century I have a better understanding of this question.Firstly why do you feel evil when laughing at others misfortune, you should feel all nice and warm inside knowing that its happening to some one else (I do) and not yourself. When a young lady succumbs to my charms (unable to resist) what do I care, when she says is that it,finshed already.I have had a nice time.So to answer your question no you only have one personality

I have a Jekyll and Hyde personality. The evil me only comes out if I am drunk and in a bad mood (if I am drunk in a good mood I become an even nicer version of me!). The evil me is so bad that my friends won't let me drink any more. Just as well really.

OMG!!!
I thought I was the ONLY one!!
I find myself (when I'm being evil Moofie's Mom) saying to myself 'stop being such a b*tch and see the good in everyone'.
I'm evil usually when I see chavs in their chav cars sitting there in their chav tracksuits . Usually at traffic lights over the white stop line, wearing their clutches out going to and fro whilst waiting for the stop sign to change to green! It is frightening how evil I get when I see that!!
Out of my day, I'd say that evil me surfaces about 2% of the time, and I really have to fight to keep her from going overboard!!
What about you?

No. I never enjoy the suffering of others. Unless it's just a small inconvenience for someone I don't like...then it's funny.

Yes, but as Ive got older, maybe wiser, Ive learned to control the raging bull inside. It worries me that someday the polished veneer Ive created may crack with devastating results.

Definitely! I feel exactly like that. Some people just make me act like a completely different person! It's normal if you can keep your 'bad' side under relaitve contrlol. What you're descibing is criteria for borderline personality disorder, by the way.
