Personally, I'd like to be Frankenstein so I could scare people. On the other hand, being Holmes is kinda cool too, 'cause I'm a genius. Wait! Who wants to be Mr. Edward Hyde?

By the way (to MMPR fans out there)... There's this episode where Tommy is dressed as Frankenstein. What episode was that? I forgot. (And if you're a PR hater, then don't answer this.)

Should I go as Heracles again? Last year, I did that (for no good reason) and I found the Roman toga very annoying. It's so loose, it's like you're almost naked.

Frankenstein is good for scaring people, especially if you have shoes for doing drywall (they make you like 7 feet tall) on hand.
But Frankenstein is very Halloween cliche.
Sherlock Holmes is a good one, especially if you bring your Basker Hounds (haunted hounds if you don't know the SH stories) but like someone said, if everyone is drinking, no one will get it.
I LOVE the idea of Dr. Jekyll/Mr.Hyde !
I went to a Halloween party once as an inflatable doll, with a sign pointing to my nipples that said "Twist to Activate".
Since you're a guy, you could go as a breathalyzer test (blow here!) or something naughty like that.
If you're going with a girl, she can be an outlet and you'd be the plug, and make costumes out of cardboard box and tin foil, painted ,that would fit together ! LOL

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
It's elementary! Sherlock Holmes, of course!
don't go as Frankenstein. It's too cliche. Who wouldn't want to be the greatest detective int he history of fiction?
Plus, you can go around scaring people with your uncanny deductions and dashing British accent.

Holmes. Dressing as Frankenstein is too childish.

Well Jethro.
If you wanna get laid at said party. Id be Frankenstein.
If you are just out to have a great time and meet someone semi-smart. Id be Sherlock Holmes. But make sure you are actually smoking the pipe.
Good Luck

Go as Hyde or Frankenstein. Don't go as Sherlock. BTW, It's still February. You still got 8 months to go.

I agree with you. I have been a big Frankenstein monster fan since Boris Karloff scared the socks off me one lonely night in my aunt's basement in Colorado when they let me stay up to watch "Son of Frankenstein". (I also liked Christopher Lee's monster in Hammer's "Curse of Frankenstein".)
Mary Shelley rocks!

I think maybe something more original, like Frankenstein eating sherlock holmes...or maybe Frankenstein impersonating sherlock holmes...

To be honest, I'm not crazy over either one of them, but if I had to chosse I'd go with Frankestein, if you go like Sherlock Holmes a lot of people won't know who you are.
