Are you, like me, in a job that doesn't do you justice because you could never focus on one aim in life?
I think that's my problem, thinking about it.

First you need to relax, and think about today. What is your aim in life and what you need to focus on. Keeping yourself busy with unnecessary things that are not reality, will cause you to have a problem to focus.
Take a deep breath and tomorrow will be a better day.
