No. Some people can't touch their toes no matter what they do. Excercise more. And, stretch, stretch, stretch. When you are warming up or stretching, keep you leg muscels warm by wearing sweatpants or leggings. Keeping your muscles warm while stretching is key!!! Good luck!

It's more of a hamstring issue. It just means, more than likely, that your hamstrings are tight. With some patience and practice, you can loosen those muscles over time and be able to touch your toes! Good luck and happy flexibility!

well if it is REALLY painful to bend down and try to touch your toes you mite have a pulled muscle but shouldnt be anything serious. but what is probably wrong is... nothing, just like u said u are not very flexible. try stretching as soon as you wake up in the moring and before you go to bed and ALWAYS stretch before you do anything active or physical. hope this helps you in some way!!!

it's not a bad thing, all it means is that you need to practice some, the more you practice the more flexible the muscles in your back become, and they'll loosen up, in time you'll be able to touch your toes easilly.

No its not bad, some people can and some people cant. There are many things in our life that we are not going to do, that others can. That does not make us any better or worse than them, That is was is so unique about us, we all excel in what we do best.
