As other answers have said all you need is a USB bluetooth adaptor ..but just to let you know that a USB bluetooth adaptor & USB bluetooth dongle are one & the same thing.
There is no need to pay any more than £8...there's plenty brand new on ebay for around £6 incl P&P from the UK.
Make sure you get the installation disk . to install the bluetooth management software inorder to pair & connect your bluetooth device (eg phone, headset etc) to the computer.

1. Connect USB Bluetooth adapter on your computer and install the driver.
2. Install the software for Bluetooth adapter
3. On your bluetooth device make it as discoverable. i.e on a motorola cellphone you can choose Find Me
4. Discover the bluetooth devices in the software you already installed on the computer
5. It will find one or more bluetooth devices, select the one you are trying to connect with
6. It will ask you a password
7. Your bluetooth device should ask for the same password, enter it.
8. your device should connect successfully

Buy a bluetooth dongle and it comes with the instalation disk.
It simply plugs into a USB port and your away!

get a blue tooth adapter, and a blue tooth device, set the new blue tooth device next to your PC, and voila, it should discover it..
