to train your flexibility:
- You have to split everyday. It's tedious and boring, but it's the fastest way to get back your flexibility.
- Do centre & side splits & pikes
- Remember to train your back flexibility by doing back stretches i.e. arching and all

you can do these while watching tv, doing homework, before you go to bed, or whenever you're bored. but remember, you should do at least 3-5mins worth of splitting daily.

Before you stretch, you need to warm up your muscles a little bit, so jog in place for a while or do a few jumping jacks. Then, hold your splits for as long as you can (while pushing down a little) and when you can't bear it any longer, switch to the other leg. I suggest doing this during commercials or before you go to bed.

You don't want your muscles to be too tight for try-outs, so 3 days before, stop stretching so much and just do the splits a couple of times a day so you keep them. DON'T PUSH.

heres what you should try, when you watching TV just sit when the shows on and when commercials come on go down as far as you can untill your show comes back on. try to do this everyday and youll go down farther everytime. i hope it works.
Good luck
