Do you think the voice of binky the clown would make a good starscream in transformers?

I think that Binky the Clown's voice would be perfect for Starscream in The Transformers if they made a new G1 based cartoon just for the fact it would annoy the heck out of Megatron

No I don't think so. But it would be nice to see a new G1 series. Same plot but new looks and new bodies for the Autobots and Decepticons.
