I heard that there were more drunks per capita than people. Is this true or is it just a negative stereotype?

as with any demographic, this is a generalization....but from what i understand they do like to drink, probably no more than the germans or americans for that matter though

We are second. The Czechs drink more per capita than any other nation. We are the biggest drinkers of tea and eaters of corn flakes per capita.

Do they drink more than Italians, Polish or Greeks? I doubt it.
