No-According to my sources, Coach Parcells is done for good. He will take a TV job for a few years, and then fade out to play with his Horses up in Saratoga NY.

I would have to say that logically, it would make no sense to do this. Especially considering that Gibbs and Parcells are barely able to shake hands on the football field. How would they ever be able to work together? Plus the fans and media in Washington would raise some "issues" as well.

That being said, I am a Skins fan so I know from experience that Dan Snyder will try anything if he thinks it would help win a SuperBowl. But I think this is even too far out of the realm of his logic.

No way, I think Parcells will stay out of the league for a couple of seasons before returning. The Redskins will not be an attractive job to lure him back to the league.

I liked the guy for the way he handled the press. Bill Parcells was direct, to the point, and he was out of there...no more questions. Things I disliked: his forcing rookies to get HIM water. I know it was discipline training but if he's healthy enough to coach, he can get water himself. We always had to listen to him condemn the players more than he praised them...this isn't good. Let's at least 50/50 it. If they lure Parcell's back, it will be one of the biggest mistakes in football because of what I just said.

i love the redskins like no other, and i think parcells is the best coach since vince lombardi (bill walsh a close second) but there is absolutly no way he comes to Washington.

I think ''the Tuna'' is done for good unfortunately.I see why he doesn't wanna come back. After coaching someone like T.O. and working for a control freak in Jerry Jones he should be tired of coaching.

Not a chance, he'll work for the Giants or Jets in a GM/consultant role or he'll stay retired.

Possibly. That seems like a decent idea. Hope that works out.
