What genre? Some of my faves, in no particular order are The Talking Heads, Led Zeppelin, King Diamond, Queen, Aerosmith, The Cure, Butthole Surfers, Joe Satriani, Yngwie Malmsteen, David Bowie, New York Dolls, Def Leppard, Iron Maiden, The Plasmatics, Ozzy Ozbourne, Poison, and the Scorpions.
Pretty wide variety to chose from.

Sorry but the music form the 80's was kinda hurtin compared to the 60's and 70's. But let's not forget AC?DC and Guns N' Roses. They were high quality. Rush also had some good stuff.

I loved the girls bands, like the "Go-Gos, Joan Jett, Pat Benatar, Heart, The Bangles, Vixen, Lita Ford, I just love to see the ladies sing, and play instruments,,,,there are many more, but these are just a few of my favorites.
