gees... I laughed at the answers.. WONDERFUL .. now I know why this web site is anti ageing because its full of humour...
well I reckon if you laugh at life then age don't matter......
its when you worry and fret ...moan... groan...all these emotions make you feel old..
some people are born old... others are still young when they are 100....
So I reckon the first time you are seriously worried about something in your life that is when you feel old... and the best remedy for the feeling is finding something that makes you laugh... like the answers on this page... GREAT...

I knew I was getting old when:
I cut back on drinking and partying because I knew I would feel like crap the next day;
I stopped caring so much what a woman looked like and more about if she was pleasant to be around;
I stopped going places that were crowded, loud, smokey and violent;
I realized I had no longer had any pot connections.

I realised that I'm getting older just last year,when my old schoolmates got married and had children and when I saw some 'old' video-clips from the 80s and 90s and I felt nostalgia.

When I realised how quickly my kids are growing up! It's all relative, isn't it? Then again, I'm quite young at heart and liberal-minded, and I've met people younger than me, who are 30 going on 60!

When stopping in at the weekend seemed preferable to getting up and going down the pub/disco/rave,cinema,club.
When I started looking for comfortable shoes, slippers, warm socks.
Don't laugh it will happen to you as well.

I don't think that I have yet. I may not enjoy doing the things I did as a child or as a teenager, but that doesn't mean I've gotten old. I just look at things in a different way.

I was talking to my daughter on the phone, and she asked if I was coming over to her house. I looked outside, and answered, "Well, it looks like it's going to storm, and I don't want to drive in that". As soon as the words were out of my mouth, I stopped, dumbstruck. When did rain ever stop me from doing anything?
I knew I was getting old when I saw what looked like a 12 year old driving a car.
I knew I was getting old when I switched from Captain Crunch to Special K.
I knew I was getting old when I started reading health-related articles in magazines, and actually discussed them with people.
I knew I was getting old when I started putting shoes on whenever I went outside, even in the summer.
I knew I was getting old when I started reading the labels on food.
I knew I was getting old when someone called me "ma'am", and men started looking me straight in the eye when they talked to me.

Ha ha - I was just about to answer a question asking whether to get a tattoo on Friday or go out on Saturday and I had to stop myself from answering. I was going to say: "You'll regret them both on Sunday ..." Jeeze - that says it all!
