V6 means it has 6 cylinders , 3 on each side in a V figure.
I had to pull the ole thinking cap for that hard question. lol
Go here to learn more. I think you may have wanted to know how many valves per cylinder. New and old cars differ on this. But a V6, old or new, is the same, 6 cylinders.

I'm going to make a guess. I'd say they have the exact same number of cyliders that Blue or White V6 Infinity G35 has.

first off color has nothing to do with it, and you answered your own question. V6-6 cylinder. Maybe you should learn how a car works before you drive one.
