You are leaving out one additional possibility - that the previous owners will come back for it and slit your throat for tampering with what they own.

Most things acquired by crime get seized. All the things used to acquire the contraband also get seized. You would lose your boat/airplane, the junk you found and a lot of money in legal fees explaining that you found it but didn't turn it in and why you did that if you aren't yourself a criminal and should be guilty of what you did.
I would re-sell it with everything intact and start again... bad karma is bad karma.

under the law, the boat/airplane is considered a 'person' and would 100% for sure be arrested/seized if you reported/turned in drugs.......cash over 10,000 as well.....jewels might be a grey area....you would also have a lot of explaining to do that the stuff wasnt yours.........
I also like the answer about the owners of the stuff coming looking for you!

It depends on the circumstances which you bought it and on exactly what you found. If you bought the boat at a government auction and the items you discovered are legal to own - then this is your lucky day. Otherwise you need to contact the local police and report what you found. (If for no other reason - CYA.)

i would destroy the drugs. you'd probably get arrested for possession.
i would try to investigate the worth of the jewels. finder's keepers. if you get busted for stolen goods, you're innocent, cause you found it, just like you find things in the streets.

I doubt there would be any reward. You'd probably be outta luck on that. I'd keep it for a while then sell.
