How do you get "Bluetooth" on your mobile phone?

You can't. Bluetooth is an application that either does, or doesnt comes with a mobile phone. If your phone doesnt have bluetooth then you will have to buy new phone.

you need to buy a bluetooth enabled phone.

If you dont already have it on your phone when you purchased it, you cant.
You cant just download it.
It's an inbuilt feature.
