I get dizzy when I don't eat enough, and it seems like I have to snack almost constantly to keep my blood sugar up so I don't get dizzy. That could be your problem--carry some crackers or some granola bars around with you all the time and eat them when you start to feel dizzy.

Do you hear a whistling sound when the wind blows?

Sorry, I got off track.

Blood pressure is usually the cause of dizziness but that's only the tip of the iceberg.

There could be a hundred different reasons why. Is this your only symptom? Is it actual dizziness that you feel or more of a feeling of being lightheaded?

[I am constantly lightheaded due to low blood pressure.]

You may be dehydrated. Make sure you drink 8 glasses or more of water a day. Also, make sure to eat small meals (you may not be eating enough). Feel better.

You may be slightly dehydrated. Try having more to drink. Also, if you haven't been eating much, you should increase what you take in.

If you are eating and drinking enough, ask your folks to take you to the doctor.
