No, you ARE moving it you just dont realize it.

Skeptic and magician James Randi, in his book An Encyclopedia of Claims, Frauds, and Hoaxes of the Occult and Supernatural, points out that when blindfolded, Ouija board operators are unable to produce intelligible messages. Magicians Penn & Teller performed a similar demonstration in an episode of their television show Bullshit! in which the operators moved the planchette into what they thought was the positions of "yes" and "no" without knowing that the board was turned upside-down, which caused them to move the planchette into blank spaces on the board.

Yes the Ouija board does work but you need to be with a clairvoyant who can open and close down the session with a prayer. this Ouija board has been practised form Victorian times.
If you do not do it properly a evil present may come through and manipulate you into believing they are a family member and if not closed down properly can leave a evil spirits in you home that can cause damage physically and mentally. Iv read many stories when people done this on their own and spirits have attached them selves to the living person and a clairvoyant has to be called to clear their homes and them selves.

Done it three times in last 20 years, all with different people in room. Each time was very scary and I was reluctant but went along with it. The first two times were very violent answers directed at specific people, detailing a planned future night out and then saying it would end in rape etc. Also some pretty accurate yes or no type answers. The last time was horrible about a local girl who had gone missing but then a different name came on and said she lived in our house and was happy we were there now. The atmopsphere of the room changed when she "was with us" if you know what I mean! I later looked it up and both her first name and surname was correct. I really dont know about these things, coincidence or our subconscious, or mischievous others?? I dont know but I do remember being very un-nerved afterwards so my recommendation is to stay away from this type of thing. If you feel uncomfortable then dont be like I was and be dragged in by others.

Yes, it is true a lot of what comes up. When I was 16 I played it with three of my friends and as young girls do, we all asked it who we would marry. For me it spelled out the forename and then surname which was Russian and long. We all fell about laughing (UK) that I was going to marry a Russian. A year later I started work and the first person I was introduced to was a handsome guy with the exact name the Oija board had spelt out. I nearly dropped dead with fear. Anyhow after a few months, he fancied me and pursued me, bought me gifts. I truly fancied him and wanted to be with him but because I was scared of ghosts, I wanted to prove to myself that the ouija was wrong and there couldn't be any ghosts. (this was 1953 about) So I spurned him and later married someone else. I have never forgotten him. In effect I changed my own destiny and I wish I had never seen a oiuja board.

Of course it is, it wasn't the board that did the trick though it was all your concentrated efforts which revealed whatever it was. The human brain has far more capabilities than we know and thought energy is one. That's why when a lot of people pray miracles happen, its a concentrated group effort, anyone can develop it. Look it up sometime.

One time I was playing w/two people and supposedly we contacted a spirit and I didn't quite believe it and then it got to the point that the spirit would not ask questions until I left the room. I tried sneaking into the room and the spirit knew I was trying to and told them again that no questions would be answered until I was gone from the room. I guess I pissed it off.

Hi, Yes i do many years ago my friends and i used one in my old home. When the first question was asked and the reply came yes i took my finger off the glass, the person told us her name, her age and that she wanted her dad.She took ages in spelling things out. No one but me knew that a child of the same name and age had been gassed in the house with her mother.Very Scary.

There are two possibilities. One of you might be lying, and know it. They are fooling with you. The other is probably more likely, and it's called the 'ideomotor effect'. You're moving it subconciously, even if you don't realize it. It's not a ghost or a spirit. If you let a few people lay their hands on it and blindfolded them and moved the board a bit, you wouldn't get a message that makes any sense. It's all in your head.

Really stay away from these. Even Occultists say it is dangerous and not a toy, and quite unpredictable and unstable. They are difficult to control, even for experienced mediums and may attract undesirable, even destructive energy. If you do not believe that, perhaps research this device alot more before you consider using it again.
