i dont get it. people say its the people who report abuse, but i dont beleive that. i have had questions deleted within minutes, but before it even entered the category. so then who removed it?? theres no way anyone reported it becuause it wasnt posted yet.

When you first enter Yahoo Answers, the questions posted are less than 2 minutes old. They are only seconds old. So you can't say it wasn't posted yet. I don't know any other way a question gets deleted. Yahoo did go down in Michigan a few minutes ago though. If you are near there, maybe it hit a glitch?

there will be an AI filter on a Yahoo server somewhere , looking for phrases or certain words. questions or answers containing, specific phrases, or too many of banned words are instantly removed
Just a guess!! But it will be something close to that, plus yahoo might employ checkers to seek out abuse, using the search to find the most common infringements

not true. the q is posted as SOON as you submit it. It may not appear on the main category list, but in the smal section of q's under other peoples question it's already in rotation. Besides that, I'm sure some are randomly screened and maybe the moderator who saw yours thout it wasnt appropriate or whatever.
