I'm looking to buy a game for the PS2. I want something that's pretty big and expansive, with lots of stuff to do. Sort of like Fable or Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic on the XBox. It doesn't have to be a new game, just a good one. Anybody have any suggestions?

But you're looking for like, RPGs or what? Well, if you want an RPG... Er, it's kinda old, but you could find FFX or the newest FF out is FFXII, a bit weirder with the fighting system, but still good.
Er, as mentioned above, GTA is a rated M game, so 18 and over. But if you want, Bully works fine too. It's just a toned down version of GTA, so it's kid friendly, in a way... More teen friendly, not kid friendly... Anyway yeah, the GTA series works if you're old enough, or Bully. The Godfather game is pretty fun too. Lacks a certain... kick to it, though.

Anything from the Grand Theft Auto series is good. You could also try a new game called Bully. It's pretty fun w/lots of stuff to do.

The Devil May Cry series, Castlevania:Lament of Innocence, Metal Gear Solid 3, Yakuza, Okami, and Indigo Prophecy are all pretty good and lengthy games.
