It sounds like you ar depress. Some one does wants you. Its your kids. One of the best things to combat depression is t get out of the house. The husecan be a major downer. s almost addicting. Once you are inside the house it is ver hard to leave it. like it wants to keep you there. So, get out of the house and your mod will be lifted. Also, sleeping in will make you more depress.

I am sorry to hear you're feeling this way. It sounds like you are suffering from depression. I encourage you to call either your doctor or a trusted friend/relative to tell them how you are feeling. Many health insurance providers now will cover visits with a counselor, and it sounds like you need someone to talk to. If you are against medication, then I think you need to go to your healthfood/vitamin supplement store and ask for B12 and any other vitamins they recommend for depression. Often times depression is caused by a deficiency in serotonin (sp). This can be aleviated through medications, but also through vitamin supplements and dietary changes. It is really important for you to get help and to do it soon. Children are resilient and will bounce back as soon as YOU get the help you need. If you are broke and don't have insurance, call a christian church in your area. Pick a large church, because they often offer free or very inexpensive counseling. I wish you the best. Take care.

I think it's something medical; not sure how old you are, but you know, so could it be menapause? Maybe depression, or your thyroid? i have hypothyroidism and I'm super tired a lot. My mom sweats and has mood swings.

you're probably sleeping a lot because of depression, see a doctor to prescribe you some meds, you should be ok after that.
