let me start out saying that our military personal all have volunteered. No rich persons paying them to fight, you and me pay them to fight. And if you hate war that's your opinion, that is why you pay your taxes which go to my military.
you must be very good friends with John Kerry if you think the only option for someone who is poor and stupid is to join the military. That line of thinking is just wrong, your disgracing all of our men and women who serve.
As to how the military fights this war, and why we haven't won yet, is because the military hands are tied, they can't fight this war the right way. They have a little torture case and every whinnier screams at the top of there lungs baby killer and rapists, that's all the military is made up of.
And now to the fact that nothing good can come out of wars. I don't see us Americans speaking German or Japanese. or just how about the fact that America has the most freedoms compared to any other country. I bet if you lived in North Korea, and decided to put question up, they would either drag you into the street and shoot you like a dog, or take you to a detention cell and show you what torture really is.

People who think of themselves as true patriots, albeit grossly uninformed, support Bush. Others are supporting him out of blind obedience. Some think only of him calling himself a born again Christian and don't go any further into researching what he has said or done. Still others share his philosophy. Others are scared to death to not seem macho because of opposition to the war. In reality patriots are those who can disagree with leadership. That is what makes a democracy strong. Some folks just don't realize that. Totalitarian governments rely on everyone walking in lockstep with leaders right or wrong.

what variety of fool denies that Congress voted in prefer of the conflict,or that Saddam informed the international he had WMDs and became into keen to apply them (and historic previous shows he had certainly used them in the previous, ie, the Kurds) it wasn't all Bush. BTW, Pres. Obama is now CinC human beings forces, so as of January 2009, the wars are his, considering the fact that he deployed troops there to proceed operations. Bush made errors, yet many others have been in touch too. recover from it, and probably then u.s. can circulate on and initiate fixing issues. Lay off the medicine, or in case you do no longer use them, possibly you're able to initiate. you like help.

"Beware the leader who bangs the drum of war in order to whip the citizenry into a patriotic fervor. For patriotism is indeed a double-edged sword. It both emboldens the blood, just as it narrows the mind." Julius Caesar

Why did the Japanese surrender during WWII?
They were dug in on their island and ready to fight to the last man.
They surrendered because two nuclear blast that made the gound quiver hundreds of miles away made them think a force greater than the Almighty was at their doorstep.
Anyone who has been on a battlefield knows the big bombs, the two thousand pounders, are designed soley to make the enemy surrender before friendly forces enter the battlezone.
You are right in respect that our point could have been driven home with carpet bombing rather than invasion. But, what can you do when a Sith is president?

The only way to win a war is to gain, hold and deprive the enemy of real estate. If you bomb an area they go to an area your not bombing. When you bomb that area they go to the area you finished bombing. By the way, unemployment in the private sector is at a low.
Leaha-THAT IS AN AWESOME LINK!!!!!!
By the way what do you know about winning wars? You've never served, or had any formal tactical training, what the hell do you know about war?

Your argument has so many holes in it I wouldn't use it catch elephants or whales. You make so many false assumptions that it is almost too time consuming to argue with you.
I will say this, our Army is volunteer, there are some of the most motivated, intelligent people in our country serving. To say that they are the poor with no other choice, etc. is an argument straight out of the Fidel Castro playbook.
You wouldn't believe the truth no matter what anyway, but I will say that I defend President Bush's character and I don't care how much it offends you to speak the truth on my end.
I don't care to argue with a bunch of tired lies, half-truths and cliche's.

You should try breaking things up so it looks like more than just a mess of words
