Quick way is to set recovery questions. Then go to barbarian village west of Varrock. Go and get the treasures on the levels for about 10k in 15 minutes. But make sure you are level 25 or higher because the last level has level 90 somethings. Just run past them.

Sell lots of lobsters. Have to have lvl 40 fishing and cooking to catch lobsters
