Yes...keep busy doing things that are fun for you. Keep your mind preoccupied with positive thoughts. Do positive deeds for others. Look beyond yourself; look into the hearts of others.

I have found that being consistently patient, tolerant and understanding only works when there is an atmosphere of trust between two parties. If there is some reason why trust is not appropriate a person has to be more aggressive in their statement of needs or else they get abused.

I find impatient, livid and intolerant do me just fine. With a soupcon of phuq you and a smattering of I'm right, you're wrong, get over it. I sleep fine at night, and have the blood pressure of someone 20 years younger. You should try it.
