u could do a bar theme or u could just take her 2 a bar......but a good song if u have a bar themed party would be "I love this bar"

It's going to spring, so you should probably go with a soft pale green / slightly floral theme. Honestly, (s)he isn't going to care about the theme, (s)he's going to be living up turning 21, so whatever you do, (s)he'll love it.
