it all depends on the school you go to. If you know that there are other open gay guys who are looking for someone, than yea. But if youre the only openly gay, then people may notice because youre a cheerleader. which can get really ugly. It also depends on the guy you're trying to get. Do you want a "cheerleader" guy or the "football type." if you go to a school where the straights aren't going to give you sh*t for it, than go ahead.

Well yeah i guess.A lot of guys now-a-days are becoming cheerleaders.If u really have a passion to be a cheerleader and you don't care what others think then i say go with it.If it's a sport you love then it doesn't matter what sex or what gender you like you should do it.

You should be a cheerleader because you love sports and like attention. Trust me, as a gay guy, you should never have a problem attracting other guys if you know what your doing.
