Maybe he's not over sexed, but maybe he has just had you in his mind for such a long time that when he sees you, he just "springs to life" all over again! Men have very active imaginations, and spend a lot of time using them! I'd take that as a big compliment...

Sounds like a creep to me. I mean really, it's one thing to be turned on by someone, but to have it 'hanging' out your pants is just plain tacky. I know that men can control themselves to a certain extent, but even if he can't, he should have the decency to leave the room.

Alot of guys are like this then can easily excited by looking a women it could be her legs, thighs, eyes, lips, or butt they just get excited easier, it can't tell you if they are experience or not, just means they get excited easily and think your hot.
