Or however much your local cineplex charges. Eddie USED to be really amazing, but this film just looks like recycled garbage, not a laugh to be had in the trailer. Maybe it's for kids?

I really do believe in my heart that insecure people go see a bad film like that because it makes fun of others. All week they work, struggle, handle the kids, whatever, get pushed around. So on Saturday night they want to go see somebody else get fooked over. It is so sad. It's one thing to kind of make fun but be really funny and sweet (Think early Bill Murray) but this stuff is pure rot.

Norbit is FUNNY and cute. Alot of stereotypical stuff, but funny.
I live in D.C., it's cold and really there is not a lot to do. If it were hot outside and there were a nice beach for me to go to in the area, I probably would not have seen it. But, buying a ticket to see Norbit is cheaper than flying to Miami for the weekend. Sorry!
--I take it you did not like Nutty Proessor or the Klumps, either? That's OK, he'll make money whether you support him or not :) Funny how that works, isn't it?

Some people just can't get enough of seeing some male comic dressed like a fat black woman. I haven't been able to figure out exactly what is funny about this, but I fully expect to one day soon see a movie starring Wanda Sykes where she plays a fat black man.

I go to the movies to laugh and get a way from the real world sometimes. I know it isnt the greatest story but if it makes me entertained, its worth $10. I am sorry but I would rather see this then some movie like the English Patient.

That stupid motorcycle film with Cage got horrible reviews, but earned record income for President's day weekend.
Maybe people were bored.

People want to see it because they like to laugh. It's worth $10 to see something new rather than something old that you don't laugh at anymore.

i have seen it it is really good but to your anser all movies goignt o wacth them in a theaiter or buying it is a risk it could look really good yet be tottaly stupid it's akk risk

its to help out the people who made it they need the profit and there asking the people to see it so they will be happy. Basically we just feel bad for them
