Does anyone know if i can send a message to abcfamily asking them to pass Hello sister, Goodbye life!?

What I mean, is that i want to watch the abcfamily movie, Hello sister, goodbye life!. The problem is, that they ussualy don't pass it very often. So I wanted to send a message requesting the movie. Does anyone know where i can do that?
