i have been on broadband since just b4 xmas, and so far my email service has CRASHED EVERY DAY, as some point.. not good enough..come on charles and get your finger out

cancel your contract like i did. they will not charge you a cancellation fee as they are to blame.
they are the most unhelpful useless internet supplier i have ever used. make sure you cancel your direct debit and get a mac code (migration code) from them as your new isp will need it.

uh oh i left talktalk for this very reason and they still kept taking money out of my bank account even after i had left them ... u need to try and get out of the contract !!
